Come Full Circle

Inner peace and fruitfulness are my number one priority. Why? Because I am responsible for my inner peace and calmness. It comes from my heart and mind. For me to achieve this, l have had to learn to let go of control. I used to control everything. Everything from the situations, people, and when shit starts happening how l don't want it to happen. The day l learned to let go of control, my heart took a break and l stopped overthinking. l trust the universe. l trust the process. l trust the journey.

A few authors that have had an impact on me in 2022; Joseph Murphy, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Hose Silva, Neville Goddard, T. Harv Eker, Steven Bartlett, Lewis Howes, Alex Hormozi, Kevin Samuels, Dr. Umar Johnson, Simon Sinek among many more. You are an average of the five friends you spend your time with. These are my five, 10, and 20 friends that l keep listening to. They have changed my mindset from victim to the conqueror.

We spent the early 25 years of our lives being programmed by the church, society, and the government. It is a rite of passage. Very few ever break away from this cycle. Ironically, there is more than one cycle. l broke the religious cycle first in 2019. The understanding of the creating force is simple. The societal cycle relates to the family, friendships, and relations we have. 2022 saw me break this cycle. The government takes a bit more time. Reading the constitution empowered me to understand the contracts l have with the government and institutions.

How do you break the cycle? How do you set yourself free? Is there freedom really, or is it an illusion as well? Honestly, everything is an illusion. Right or wrong, good or evil, are the same sides of the same coin. Once you understand that you are halfway there. We are living in a world full of illusions. It does matter whose is the president, which musician had an extramarital affair, and which film is a buzz right now. All these are distractions. All of these distractions are also a cycle. There will always be elections, musicians, famous people, or something being released. All these... do not matter.

After understanding this, the next and utterly difficult part is stripping down the conditioning. This is a painful process. Imagine being dropped in the Sahara Desert with no water or protective clothing. Today, as you were dressed and with the last meal, you have eaten dropped into the desert. What will you do? Will you survive or will you perish? There is a third option... release the thought and resurrect.

Wait! What? Yes, you read it right. There is no way you will survive the Sahara Desert. You will survive but the circumstances that got you to the desert will get you back to the desert. Actual physical death is the end of life and no, we are not ending our life journey. When you realize the situation is a loss, loss... push yourself to create a third option. It is not blue or red. These are the wings of the same bird. The desert only exists in the mind. The desert is an illusion. The cognitive dissonance that comes after that is profound. Face the fear. You must end negative thoughts to be free.

It is the mind that we have to concentrate on. Be aware of your thoughts, thoughts create reality. When l want my blessed life, my thoughts have to bless me.

Three months before l turned 29 years old, l fell seriously sick. I had recurrent pneumonia and was bedridden for three days. The illness had crept in using the negativity l had listened to and my then perception of life. Surviving meant pneumonia would eventually reoccur. I had more life to live. Subconsciously, let go of the illness and was resurrected.

The cycle of negative thoughts is what needs to end. The last day l lived in my mind. I ended the disease in my mind. I killed the illness cycle and life came back to me. I never took any more injections or messages. I was healed. Resurrection, the rebirth is when you leave the old because you have embraced the new. Today, l have multiple cycles that have ended. I have risen above them. Now l look at the past as lessons learned, period. Never go back to cycles that have come full cycle.
